In the kitchen, our talented Thai Head Chef, Mel Thomas, leads the way. Mel brings an exciting fusion to our menu, celebrating both classic British comfort food and the aromatic flavours of Thailand. This unique blend ensures there's always something delicious and intriguing to enjoy, from our renowned monthly Thai buffet night to perfectly cooked Traditional Fish & Chips, succulent Beef Wellington, and Sunday Roasts featuring locally sourced meats and market-fresh vegetables.
